Edith’s Dog Dear Mom, I want you to know that now that I am older I want to have a dog. My 1st reason is there is a 65% less chance of being robbed. The 2 cnd reason why we should have a dog is it teaches me how to handle more responsibility. Last , but not least the 3 rd reason is that it keeps me company when I am board , since I am an only child. The explanations for all my reasons are really good that’s why I am going totell you them. The explanation for my 1streason is that you remember the time they robbed our house and if we had a dog that would not have happened or may not happen any more if we get a dog. The 2 cndexplanation is that if we get a dog is it teaches me responsibility , so you could trust me leaving me alone in the house or when I go take care of my grandma.The last explanation is if we get a dog I wont be bugging you to take me with my friends all the time because I would be playing with the dog. I know you would have many concerns like I need to remember to feed the dog, the dog could hurt visitors , and I imagine your biggest concern is how much is every thing is going to cost. Well, the first concern, which is to remember to feed the dog, I have a planner that we could put on the refrigerator and mark for every day to feed the dog three times a day the same thing with the walks , so I have that all figured out . The other concern is the visitors well, we could buy one of those baby gates and keep them in a certain room when there are visitors. The biggest concern of all the total cost ,I already found a cheaper veterinarian and there is less expensive food in Costco .
